4 Session Mindset Reset

Four weeks of life coaching to feel better and go after your goals

This is a great option to start with if you’re not sure yet about committing long-term to life coaching just yet.

These four weeks can help to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface and help you get clear on what you want to achieve, how you want to feel, and how to make it happen. You’ll walk away feeling clearer and more confident, with a plan of how to take action and go after your goals.

When you work with me for four sessions, we’ll meet once a week to talk about whatever is coming up for you. The first session is all about getting clear on what you want and making a plan that feels good to you. Over the next three sessions, we’ll work through challenges, talk about whatever patterns or beliefs are holding you back, and anything else that comes up that you feel you need or want support around.

I offer email support in between sessions and act as your guide, safe space, and accountability partner along the way.
